الاسئلة الشائعة

Inheritance: It is everything that a person leaves behind in terms of money, real estate, or movable property upon their death, and it is distributed as inheritance according to the legal shares. As for a will, it is what a person instructs before their death to be distributed among individuals or entities after their death, and it is limited to one-third of their wealth.

It is permissible, provided that the heirs agree to it, or in the case where there are no heirs to the deceased.

The will becomes invalid if the testator revokes what they have bequeathed, either verbally or through actions, before their death. It also becomes invalid if the beneficiary rejects the will or dies before the testator, or in the event of the beneficiary's demise.

The estate is distributed in the following order:

  • Preparing the deceased and burying them.
  • Settling the outstanding debts of the deceased.
  • Executing the will.
  • Distributing the remaining estate among the heirs, each according to their legal share.
Does a divorced woman inherit?

She does not inherit if her waiting period expires, and she inherits in the event that her waiting period has not ended, or if the divorce took place during a terminal illness without the wife asking for a divorce unless she marries someone else.
